About

Create an A4 artwork by making marks on the paper using natural objects such as leaves, rocks and small sticks. During this quirky and imaginative workshop you will also reflect on our botanical heritage. You will rip and tear paper – the ideal way to get rid of stress!

Marinda is well-known for her assemblage and collage works using found objects and paper, drawing from personal and collective histories blending memory, humour and social commentary.

Marinda is well-known for her assemblage and collage works using found objects and paper, drawing from personal and collective histories. In her paper art she repurposes old documents, books, and litter into playful yet emotionally resonant artworks, allowing the materials to "tell the story" with minimal intervention. Her art blends personal memory, humour, and social commentary, forming new narratives through the interplay of found materials.
