Christine is a qualified home economist, dietician and author of four cook- books. She has more than 20 years’ experience in catering, speciality cakes, recipe development, food styling and the food consulting industry.
Her recipes are inspired by the ingredients she loves, are always seasonal, ethically sourced and the best quality she can find. She likes fresh uncomplicated food and strives to develop recipes which most cooks can relate to and don’t have to spend hours preparing!
Each of the five presenters will present both a morning and an afternoon demonstration and prepare different
variations on their chosen culinary theme for both of their sessions.
