Three leading chamber musicians will perform Mozart’s Trio in
G Major, one of his greatest piano concertos, Claude Debussy’s
acclaimed Piano Trio in G Major, and Schoenfield’s Café Music
which represents Viennese, light classical, gypsy, and early 20th
century Broadway styles.
Associate professor François is the Head of Chamber Music
at UCT. An acclaimed soloist, he has performed with numerous
orchestras and collaborates with renowned musicians
worldwide. Associate Professor Farida, a distinguished violinist
with an MMus from the Moscow Conservatory is Head of Strings
at UCT. Graham, a freelance performer with the Cape
Philharmonic Orchestra holds an MMus in cello performance
from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, winning
the Cardiff Violins chamber music competition.
